Adam Crozier

Chief Executive

  • Adam Crozier joined ITV as Chief Executive on 26th April 2010. He joined ITV from Royal Mail Group, where he was Chief Executive from 2003, leading the modernisation of the group, transforming it from a heavily loss making position to profitability and reducing the cost base by £1.5 billion. From 2000 to 2002, Adam was Chief Executive at The Football Association. During his time at the FA, turnover doubled and financing for the new Wembley Stadium was secured. Between 1995 and 1999, Adam was joint Chief Executive of Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising which he had joined in 1988.

Paul Dale

Chief Technology Officer

  • Paul joined ITV in January 2011 as Chief Technology Officer. This newly created role provides a single point of representation for all of ITV’s technology at board level. Paul joined ITV having spent two years in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as CTO of Astro, Asia’s leading PayTV operator and cross media company. During his tenure at Astro Paul led the transformation of their technology to create one of the world’s most advanced and agile broadcast and content delivery platforms. Prior to Astro Paul was Controller at the BBC and held several roles during his 9 years at BSkyB including Technology Director and Development and Operation Director.

Andy Doyle

Group HR Director

  • Andy became Group HR Director in 2009, having joined ITV as HR Operations Director in 2007.
    Prior to joining ITV, Andy was HR Director of Morrison plc and has held a series of HR and general management roles in organisations experiencing significant change, including UNITE Group and Tricon Restaurants International.
    Andy holds a BSc in Economics from Loughborough University; he is a Chartered Director and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.

Peter Fincham

Director of Television, Channels and Online

  • Peter began in broadcasting in 1985 as a producer at independent production company Talkback Productions. He became Managing Director of Talkback in 1986 and also executive produced many of their biggest shows including Smack the Pony (Channel 4), Da Ali G Show (Channel 4) and Never Mind the Buzzcocks (BBC2). In 2001 Talkback Productions was sold to Fremantle Media and in 2003 Peter became Chief Executive of newly merged company TalkbackThames. In January 2005 he left TalkbackThames to become Controller of BBC One, serving for two years before leaving the BBC in October 2007

Andrew Garard

Group Legal Director

  • Andrew joined ITV as Group Legal Director in November 2007.
    Previously Andrew was a Partner in the corporate department of LeBoeuf, Lamb's London office. Andrew's practice focused on mergers and acquisitions and projects primarily in the telecoms and media sectors in Europe, Asia and the US.
    Prior to joining LeBoeuf, Lamb, Andrew was group general counsel and company secretary at Cable & Wireless PLC, where he was a member of the group executive responsible for global legal, at Reuters Group PLC as global head of legal and deputy general counsel based in the UK, and before that, general counsel Asia based in Hong Kong.

Ian Griffiths

Group Finance Director

  • Ian Griffiths became ITV’s Group Finance Director and a member of the Board of ITV plc in September 2008. From 1994 to 2008 Ian was at Emap plc where he held a number of senior finance roles, including the position of Group Finance Director from 2005 to 2008. Ian’s early career was at Ernst and Young where he worked in the corporate finance team.

Fru Hazlitt

Managing Director of Commercial and Online

  • Fru Hazlitt joined ITV as Managing Director of Commercial and Online on 2nd August 2010. This newly created role, which unites ITV’s airtime sales and online businesses, signals the company’s intent to more fully exploit its properties and brands commercially on all platforms and media and build revenues across its online businesses. Her most recent executive post was as Chief Executive of GCap Media Plc until it was sold to Global Radio in 2008. Her previous positions include Chief Executive of Virgin Radio, Managing Director, Yahoo UK and European Commercial Director, Yahoo Europe. Fru is also a Non Executive Director of Betfair and The Rare Tea Company, and Chair of the Women’s Leadership Group for The Prince’s Trust.

Kevin Lygo

Managing Director

  • Kevin Lygo joined ITV on the 2nd August 2010 as Managing Director of ITV Studios. He has a strong track record in creative leadership across a broadcasting career spanning three decades that has included key content roles at the BBC, Channel 4 and Five. His previous role as Director of Television and Content at Channel 4 included responsibility for Channel 4 Group’s portfolio of channels. Programming highlights during Kevin’s leadership at Channel 4 included Skins, Come Dine With Me, The Inbetweeners, One Born Every Minute, Mo, Jamie’s School Dinners, Shameless, Deal or No Deal, Green Wing and The 11 O’Clock Show.

Mary Fagan

Group Communications and Corporate Affairs Director

  • Mary Fagan joined ITV as Group Communications and Corporate Affairs Director on 24th January 2011 taking responsibility for ITV’s Corporate Communications and Programme Publicity teams as well as its Public Affairs operation. Mary joined ITV from the Royal Mail Group, where she was Corporate and Government Affairs Director from December 2003.

    A respected Senior City and Industrial journalist with more than 20 years experience, Mary’s previous roles included Deputy City Editor of the Sunday Telegraph, Industrial Correspondent for the Independent and City Reporter at the Evening Standard.

Simon Pitts

Director of Strategy and Transformation

  • Simon joined ITV in 2000 and has held roles in ITV’s public affairs, regulatory and new media departments before joining the strategy team in 2007. He was promoted into his current role in January 2011, the main focus of which is to manage ITV’s 5 Year Transformation Plan. Simon also runs SDN, ITV’s digital multiplex business, and sits on the boards of news provider ITN and Digital UK, the body set up to oversee the UK’s switch from analogue to digital television. Before ITV Simon worked in the European Parliament in Brussels where he specialised in media issues.
