ITV appoints Paul Buccieri President and CEO of Granada America

ITV today announced the appointment of Paul Buccieri as the new President and Chief Executive Officer of Granada America. He joins ITV from FOX's Twentieth Television where he was President of Programming, Production and Development.
As CEO Paul will head up a team of talented producers in the US, on both the West and East coasts, with a remit to further develop ITV's growing US business interests through the creation of new series and formats. He'll also be responsible for the exploitation of other ITV formats created in the company's production centres in the UK, Germany and Australia. Buccieri will also have a seat on the board of Jaffe Braunstein Entertainment, Granada's partner in the scripted business in US. Buccieri will be based in Granada America's Los Angeles operation.
The role reports into ITV's Managing Director of Global Content, Dawn Airey, and replaces David Gyngell who returned to Australia earlier this year to become Chief Executive of the Nine Network.
Granada America is one of the biggest international producers for the US market and a major force in acquiring, developing and producing a wide range of entertainment, factual and other non-scripted series for a number of US broadcast and cable networks. Current Granada America productions include Fox's Hell's Kitchen, last summer's number one programme; Nanny 911 and Kitchen Nightmares for Fox; Phenomenon for NBC; The First 48and SWATfor A&E; and Celebrity Fit Clubfor VH1.

Paul Buccieri CV
Paul Buccieri is a senior television executive and executive producer in the entertainment industry with over seventeen years experience in the industry.
In the last two years at Twentieth Television as President of Programming, Production & Development Paul has overseen 16 series and 25 specials, including America's Most Wanted to Divorce Court to World MusicAwardsto Decision House and NFL Network Total Access. Prior to joining Twentieth Television he signed a three-year deal with Endemol USA in 2002, and developed, produced, and translated foreign formats for network shows such as Anything for Love, Performing As… and The Next Great Champ for FOX, and I Want To Be a Hilton and Finding Mr. Right for NBC.
