Directorate change

ITV announces that Dawn Airey has resigned from the Board of ITV plc and from her role as Managing Director of ITV Global Content with immediate effect. She will be taking an extended period of gardening leave prior to joining RTL in a senior position including being Chair of Five.

Lee Bartlett, COO of ITV Global Content, will act as interim Managing Director of ITV's Global Content business reporting directly to John Cresswell, COO of ITV plc. Mr Bartlett joined ITV plc from Fox Broadcasting, where he managed Fox's production and business affairs departments, overseeing a programme budget of $1 billion.

Michael Grade, Executive Chairman of ITV, said:
"We have assembled a strong team to lead our Global Content business and they will now report to Lee. I will spend more of my time in the Content business to ensure that the momentum is maintained."
