We offer all employees a competitive reward package of pay, benefits and incentives.

Due to difficult business conditions, ITV did not award a company-wide pay increase for January 2010. Instead, we rewarded employees for their hard work and dedication during a difficult year by making a share award (worth £340) to all eligible staff, and provided everyone with an extra day’s holiday.

Other incentives available to all ITV employees include

  • An annual bonus scheme, dependent on ITV’s performance against key financial and non-financial targets. We awarded a small bonus to all employees in 2009.
  • ‘Create’, an initiative that rewards employees who come up with new ideas that generate profit or improve the way we do business
  • A Save As You Earn scheme that gives staff the opportunity to own a stake in the company.
